SpicyChat uses an internal system based on messaging tokens, which limit the length of each AI reply. Higher subscription tiers raise this token allowance, letting chatbots craft longer, more detailed messages (up to 300 tokens at the highest tier). You don't need to buy tokens separately—access to these limits is bundled with your subscription. There are no top-up packs for tokens; instead, upgrading your plan increases the token limit per message. Free users get shorter replies and standard memory, while subscribers receive longer responses and more advanced memory management.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds on SpicyChat are handled by request through their official support channels. Our tests confirmed that you can contact support—via Discord or their contact form—to make a refund request.
